Cute Chibi Wings

This has not been tested with the the new phys bones, it may have problems!! Remade the lil chibi wings from the choker yesterday, and decided to rig them! Made in blender from scratch by me :)

No bone settings as I found that the default dynamic bones settings works well! (also matcaps and glitter are always cute! I even added a rim light to mine!)
