Flowy Ribbon Skirt

Cute flowy skirt~ I made this a while back and decided to rig so I can give it to y'all for free <3 (see last pictures for rigging gif)

Made in blender by me! Modeled and rigged to both Panda and Zinpia flat foot base (Not included) I'll leave an option for just the mesh too, in case you wanted to use cloth instead.

Along with the phys bone settings (although they are the basic settings, you will need to play around with options to get better results)
